Armed with new insight, I reappraised my life and found that there were certain aspects in my life that required I look at my situation and myself from a different perspective. Change comes slowly at times, yet a look at the final chapter titles shows that my logic is moving in a new direction.

Chapter titles in my book Too High to Go to Woodstock: Reflections on my life and times provide some idea of the nature of my life and times. Underlying the odd chapter titles there is at times an undercurrent of despair that was not evident to me as I lived through this time in my life. Embedded as I was in the Woodstock era, in the alternative lifestyle of the 60s with the requisite sex, drugs, and rock ‘n roll I thought I was having the time of my life. Most definitely I had a life.
