Armed with new insight, I reappraised my life and found that there were certain aspects in my life that required I look at my situation and myself from a different perspective. Change comes slowly at times, yet a look at the final chapter titles shows that my logic is moving in a new direction.

The preview of chapter titles that I have presented provide some idea of the nature of Too High to Go to Woodstock: Reflections on my life and times. Underlying the odd chapter titles there is at times an undercurrent of despair that was not evident to me as I lived through this time in my life. Embedded as I was in the Woodstock era, in the alternative lifestyle of the 60s with the requisite sex, drugs, and rock ‘n roll I thought I was having the time of my life. Most definitely I had a life.
